Combining a variety of influence from old country music to The Rolling Stones and Neil Young, the Munks defy any traditional classification and create a unique sound you are not soon to forget.

Their first release in 2006, Heartbreak Numbers was an exploration into the dark side of love and relationships. Led by the haunting vocals of singer/ songwriter Aaron Grimm and anchored by the driving rock rhythm of drummer Brooks Browning, The Munks weave a not-so-traditional mix of instruments into a rock/country/blues fusion that truly defines originality.

Now they have released their second album, Sing Dirty Songs. Though a bit more playful at times than their first album, Sing Dirty Songs certainly maintains its edge in songs like the raw and energetic "Upside Down." And from the crowd pleasing "Mazeltov Cocktail" to the soulful self-exploration of "Little", The Munks second release will not disappoint.
